The Logistics & Supply Chain Management Society (LSCMS), based in Singapore, announced today that they have partnered with to add additional value to the members services.

Prof. Raymon Krishnan, President of the Logistics & Supply Chain Management Society sees the new partnership with SupplyChainJobz as yet another benefit to its Members and the industry.

“In 2007, LSCMS Members have had access to more than S$160,000.00 in benefits. This was given in the way of grants, scholarships, training opportunities and other benefits,” Prof Krishnan said.

“In 2008, the Logistics & Supply Chain Management Society intend to increase this amount further and our partnership with SupplyChainJobz will result in not only giving our Members access to jobs in Singapore and the region, but also the ability for Members to post jobs on SupplyChainJobz at significant discounts will add to that goal,”

“LSCMS have always encouraged greater collaboration in our industry and leveraging off the strengths of leading organisations like SupplyChainJobz is just one way to achieve this.” Prof. Krishnan said.

According to Phillip Parsons, Director of SupplyChainJobz, the partnership with LSCMS not only includes their new job board but also training and education.

“We have embarked on a training and education partnership with LSCMS which allows LSCMS members to have access to career resources, tools and information including an on-line training portal where users can search, review and book training all via the Internet,” Mr Parsons said.

“The LSCMS partnership is an exciting opportunity for SupplyChainJobz to expand its capabilities in the Supply Chain & Logistics careers sector and to provide additional benefits to a traditional job board.”
